Types of training in our pools

For children and adults who want to learn to swim, feel more confident in the water and swim for their health.

Suitable for beginners, for those who are afraid of water or who want to train at a calm, comfortable pace.
Sports swimming

Sports swimming

For children and adults who find a regular workload too easy and want to train in a more intensive format.

This direction suits those who are ready to train systematically, want to grow in competitive swimming and take part in competitions.
Personal training

Personal training

One-on-one sessions for children and adults, where the coach's full attention is on a single student.

Each session is tailored to the person's level, goals and needs — from learning from scratch and overcoming fear of water to refining technique and preparing for distances.
Baby swimming

Baby swimming

Special swimming pool for babies and preschool children, including those with special needs. Warm and comfortable rooms, locker rooms are equipped with everything necessary for changing, swaddling and drying children. The water temperature will be pleasant for any child.
How do we train?

In our club, training is not one-size-fits-all — it is built around each student's level, goals and needs.

  1. We start with a trial session
    In the first session the coach gets to know the student, checks their level and confidence in the water and chooses a suitable workload. This helps decide where to start and which group will be the most comfortable.
  2. We pick the right group
    We have groups for beginners and for those who already swim and are ready to develop their technique further. We try to choose a group so that it is neither too hard nor too easy for the student.
  3. We help you adapt and move forward
    The coach eases the student into the process, monitors their technique, gives clear tasks and helps them feel more confident in training.
  4. We work for results
    With regular attendance, students improve their technique, become more confident in the water, build endurance and gradually reach their goals — from the first independent metres to athletic progress.
What is the result achieved?
  • We create a safe environment that motivates to achieve goals;
  • We provide a fully prepared material base with all the necessary inventory and equipment;
  • Continuously support outside of class for continuity of the learning and training process: self-analysis diary, tips on nutrition, homework, videos on techniques and tactics of swimming, general chat in social networking;
  • Celebrate your successes, even if they seem insignificant, when even a small step forward is a great achievement in moving toward our common goals;
  • We organize an effective educational and training process;

From what age can you start swimming?

From the very beginning - for babies we offer personal baby-swimming sessions with a parent. Beyond that, there are groups for children and teenagers, including sports groups for those who want to improve their results and compete, plus groups for adults who have never swum before. Level and format are matched individually at sign-up.
