Club rules
1. Class attendance is carried out:
1.1. After paying for the lessons and signing the contract.
1.2. The Student/Representative has the right to suspend the Learning Agreement for 30 days once a year.
1.3. The administration of Spordiklubi BARS reserves the right to replace the declared coaches and make changes to the current schedule.
1.4. The Spordiklubi BARS coach has the right to interrupt the Student's lesson and not return the payment for it, in case of violation of safety regulations and disrespect for the coach or the pool staff, or pool visitors.
1.5. Spordiklubi BARS is not responsible for items left unattended.
1.6. Classes are not held on public holidays.
1.7. If the Student cannot attend 2 free trial lessons, then the third trial lesson will be paid and will be 9€. The amount is non-refundable.
1.8. The Student/Representative agrees to photo, video filming and recording of the Student during the learning activities. 2. Access to the pool:
2.1. It is carried out strictly according to the schedule on the days and hours indicated in the schedule of visiting Spordiklubi BARS.
2.2. It is necessary to go through the registration no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of classes and leave the locker room no later than 15 minutes after the end of the lesson.
2.3. A student who is more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to attend. Missed classes are not compensated.
2.4. The representative is obliged to notify the Spordiklubi BARS coach that he wants to go to the pool changing room and help the child change (or for any other reason).
2.5. The representative of the child cannot be in the classroom or wait for the child in the locker room.
3. The student must:
3.1. Bring all pool accessories with you: swimwear, cap, glasses, slippers, towel, soap, sponge.
3.2. Observe the rules of personal hygiene: be in the pool in changeable shoes, take a shower before and after classes without bathing suits.
3.3. Carry hygiene items and swimming accessories into the locker room only in plastic bags or small bags in order to ensure the capacity of an individual changing locker.
3.4. Hygienic items should only be in unbreakable containers (plastic, polyethylene, etc.).
3.5. Provide an opportunity for pool staff to verify compliance with the requirements for the availability of appropriate hygiene items.
3.6. Take a thorough shower for 3-5 minutes (without a bathing suit with a washcloth and soap). After you finish using the shower, be sure to turn off the hot and cold water taps.
3.7. After the end of the lesson, the Student must rinse in the shower, dry himself, wring out swimming accessories and only after that go to the locker room.
3.8. Entering and leaving the water after training only at the command of the coach.
3.9. Notify the coach of early departure from class.
3.10. Practice only on the tracks designated by the coach.
4. When in the pool is prohibited:
4.1. Enter the water without the permission of the coach.
4.2. Swim without caps (with longer than average hair length).
4.3. Run.
4.4. Walk barefoot.
4.5. Enter the water with chewing gum.
4.6. Use creams and ointments before swimming.
4.7. Use detergents and other products in glass packaging.
4.8. Jump from towers and sides without the permission of the coach.
4.9. Hang or sit on breakwaters and track dividers.
4.10. Run along the side and dive into the water with a run.
4.11. Be in the pool in a state of alcohol, drugs or toxic intoxication.
4.12. Use mobile phones and other means of communication during classes.
4.13. Use of any equipment without the permission of the coach (all equipment must be pre-checked for safety).
5. Confirmation of the child's education in the Department of Sports:
5.1. In the period from October 1st to December 1st, it is necessary to confirm the child's education as an athlete at the MTÜ Sports Club BARS in the Department of Sports. To confirm the education, please visit: Tallinna e-teenindus.
5.2. The confirmation of education applies:
5.2.1. For children aged 5 to 19 years old.
5.2.2. For children registered in Tallinn / Viimsi.
5.3. Confirmation can be made in favor of two sports clubs or school. If this option is chosen, the monthly fee increases by €10.
5.4. For each non-registered child in the Department of Sports as a BARS club athlete, the monthly fee increases by €20.
5.5. Confirmation of education is required annually.
6. Class rescheduling:
6.1. In case of illness, it is necessary to notify the Spordiklubi BARS administration of the reason for your absence.
6.2. The transfer of missed classes to another group is possible if the Student / Representative warned in advance about the absence and agreed with the club administration to reschedule the classes.
6.3. Revisiting classes is carried out within two calendar months.
In case of non-compliance with the above rules, Spordiklubi bars has the right to suspend you from swimming lessons.
