Knowledge and skills:

Competence corresponding to the professional standard of a category 4 trainer is required.

Experience:

At least 3 years experience as a swimming coach.

Language skills:

It is important to speak Estonian at a level of at least B2, as well as one of the foreign languages, preferably English or Russian, at a level of at least B1.

Computer skills:

Ability to work with the software products required for this position is required.

Desired qualities:

We are looking for an independent, responsible, proactive and hard-working coach who can communicate well and work in a team, is stress-resistant, ready to learn, motivates his wards, flexible, consistent, honest, kind and empathic.
