Swimming lessons for adults and children in Tallinn

Join our existing and forming swimming groups for 2026 in pools across Tallinn.

We offer a clear training path for both children and adults: a trial lesson, group placement, and steady progress with support from a coach.

How we train

  1. Trial lesson. We assess your current level and choose tasks based on your skills.
  2. Group placement. We work with two levels: beginners with little or no swimming experience, and swimmers who already have basic skills.
  3. Result. Regular training helps you reach your goals.

Why the results come

  • We create a safe environment that motivates progress.
  • We provide all the equipment needed for training.
  • We support students outside lessons with self-reflection notes, nutrition tips, home tasks, video materials, and a group chat.
  • We notice and celebrate progress, even when the step forward feels small.
  • We keep the training process clear, consistent, and effective.

About the club

Every person is different, so communication with a coach and training options can also be different. Our coaches are professionals with strong competitive and coaching experience. We take each student's needs, involvement, and physical abilities into account.

We believe that every person can learn, every person can reach goals, and every student can progress at their own pace.

Why swimming is useful

Swimming in a pool can benefit the body in many ways. Regular lessons help improve breathing, support the heart and blood vessels, build muscles, and help you relax after a busy day. They are also a good way to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way when paired with the right nutrition.

For children, swimming builds confidence, coordination, and good habits early on. It can support healthy development, better sleep, and a strong relationship with movement and sport.
